Admission Enquiry

Admission forms for Kindergarten (PRE KG, LKG and UKG), Primary school (Grade I to V), Middle school (VI to IX), are available at the school office which is open on all working days (from Monday to Friday) between 9.00 am and 3.00 pm and Saturday, between 9.00 am and 02.00 noon.

AGE CRITERIA:

PRE KG - Completed Three years of age as on 31st March of the current academic year.
LKG - Completed Four years of age as on 31st March of the current academic year
UKG - Completed Five years of age as on 31st March of the current academic year
Grade I - Completed six years of age as on 31st March of the current academic year
Parents are requested to submit the duly filled admission forms with photo copies of the listed documents to the school office within seven days.

Document Checklist :

A Copy of Birth Certificate duly attested by a gazetted officer. (Parents should produce the original birth certificate for verification) Proof of Residence: Residence proof should strictly be in the name of the father or mother of the child seeking admission. Any one of the following documents can be produced as proof of residence

1. Recent Passport xerox (For Children outside India)
2. PAN Card xerox
3. Unique ID (Aadhar Card)
4. Registered Agreement Copy (Purchase or Rented)
5. Birth Certificate
6. Income certificate
7. Address Proof (Aadhar, Gas Bill, Electricity Bill)

Three recent passport size colour photograph (One to be affixed in the space provided and other two to attached in the form)
Copy of Student Aadhar Card.
Copy of Community Certificate (if applicable)
Copy of Recent Academic Report and Original Transfer Certificate with EMIS No. of the previous class from the school last studied.

Steps for Confirmation of Admission

Management norms are followed for scrutinizing the submitted documents by the Admission Committee and the child/student will be called for Oral interaction session (for KG) or Written Test (for Grade I to IX).
An interaction of parents with the Principal.
Admission to the child is confirmed after successful completion of the above mentioned stages. Admission will be confirmed only after payment of fees.
In the case of fee due and other charges not paid as per schedule, the admission will stay canceled and the school will have the ‘right’ to allot the seat to the next child.
